1. Patrick Nyarko goes as the #1 pick. He is hands down the best college soccer player in the country. I'll go so far as to say he is the best college soccer player in the last 10 years.
2. Yannick Reyering gets picked in the 2nd round by DC United. Yannick goes on to be an impact player as a target forward. Just what we need.

Patrick Nyarko to Chicago: The biggest stink-tacular since DCU's THIRD STRAIGHT playoff elimination by said red team.
Agreed. Nyarko is BETTER than Maurice Edu, and that is saying something. This year MLS teams wanted to draft three things: defenders, defenders, and more defenders. Apparently Nyarko sank in the draft because by his own admission he is not a "defensive striker". [rolling eyes].
